A BILL to amend and reenact §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, relating to authorizing the Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses to promulgate a legislative rule relating to requirements for registration and licensure and conduct constituting professional misconduct.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:


That §64-9-1 of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended, be amended and reenacted to read as follows:

ARTICLE 9. AUTHORIZATION FOR MISCELLANEOUS AGENCIES AND BOARDS TO PROMULGATE LEGISLATIVE RULES.


§64-9-1. Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses.


The legislative rule filed in the State Register on July 29, 2016, authorized under the authority of section four, article seven, chapter thirty of this code, modified by the Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses to meet the objections of the Legislative Rule-making Review Committee and refiled in the State Register on September 1, 2016, relating to the Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses (Requirements for Registration and Licensure and Conduct Constituting Professional Misconduct, 19 CSR 03), is authorized


 

NOTE: The purpose of this bill is to authorize the Board of Examiners for Registered Professional Nurses to promulgate a legislative rule relating to Requirements for Registration and Licensure and Conduct Constituting Professional Misconduct.
